When in the store we are happy for our customers to touch, play, smell or simply look at instruments, accessories, curios and other paraphernalia; items bought in store are then sold in good faith as seen, felt and played (or smelt!).

For purchases online we ask you to get in touch as soon as possible should you have any queries with your purchase, we will then sort things out with you and if required source alternative equipment under warranty, fix any defects or provide a refund when required.
